Normally I rent from enterprise 3+ times a year with no issues. This time I rented an SUV for 2wks and 3 days. Was told I had an animal in the car and a $100 cleaning charge would be added plus that if it happened again I would be placed on the no rent list. What they were aware of was that the animal in question is a registered therapy dog. I willingly paid the charge to clean the car but did not appreciate being basically threatened with being put on a no rent list for an animal that is allowed everywhere else by law including flying on airplanes. My next rental I may have to rethink giving Enterprise my business after this issue.

Worst customer service ever!! I normally don't write bad reviews but I had the worst experience at this location and could not keep it to myself. When we arrived at this location there were two people in front of us, so I understand that I will have to wait my turn. When it was our turn for service someone walked in to return a car. Felix said he would help them very quickly then be right with us. When he was checking the car in, come to find out they had damaged to the car and could not find the credit card they used to secure the car, it this point I am irritated and told Felix maybe he should have helped us first, he apologized and continued to help the customer returning the car. When he finished returning the car the customer said that "he could now help the impatient customer", meaning me. At that point my husband confronted the customer for his rude comments, after all he did cut in line. I feel that we should not have even been put in that position had Felix helped us in the order we arrived at the location.
Service is good. Call in advance if you have specific requirements.
As always, the reps at Enterprise went above and beyond to accommodate my needs! Most certainly the most friendly and helpful staff! (Evans and 281 San Anotonio,Tx. location) I ended up having to keep my rental for longer than anticipated and was pleasantly surprised as to how easy it was to extend my reservation.
