Joy has helped us with numerous overseas trips and has always done a fantastic job. On one trip in particular we had a family emergency while we were overseas. We contacted Joy who helped with all the arrangements ensuring we got home as soon as possible. She even helped with filing paperworkfor our trip insurance to make sure we were reimbursed. We started out planning one trip and we're almost done finalizing the details but we had to have a change of plans and go a whole other route.
